The New Orleans Entrepreneurship Center
The New Orleans Entrepreneurship Center (NOEC) partners with private, public and nonprofit resources to build strong, sustainable and successful businesses in New Orleans and surrounding parishes. Small businesses create wealth, develop new and higher paying jobs and contribute to Louisiana's economic health.
The NOEC offers several free or low-cost assistance and training programs under one roof. The Women's Business Resource Center (WBRC) has been serving both men and women businesses in the New Orleans region since 2001. As a assistance center for Louisiana Economic Development the NOEC helps businesses qualify and participate in the state's Small & Emerging Business Development (SEBD) program.
